Jinhai Plastics pays close attention to technical innovation, which is regarded as a thruster for our rapid growth.  The total investment of RMB 410 million has been made to import from Brueckner Germany two high-speed lines for production of five-layer co-extruded BOPP film, which makes us the only one in Asia that owns two lines of this type.  Our slitters, each can run 1200m/min, are imported respectively from Kampf Germany and ATLAS England, and are of excellent quality.

 

Obtaining the core technology and rich experience in production of BOPP film, and having introduced key equipment for production of new film of high grade, we have developed various BOPP films including high-grade label film, pearlized film, metallizable film and matt film etc.  Our film of five-layer co-extrusion structure shows superior in properties to those of one-layer or three-layer co-extrusion structure.  Treated by flame and corona, our film features better performance in printing and laminating than those treated by corona only.
