 Changzhou Jinhai Plastics Industry Co.Ltd, founded in November 2001, is a core enterprise of Jinshi Group and specializes in producing five-layer co-extrusion bi-axially oriented polypropylene(BOPP) film. With two BOPP production lines(one 6.6m and the other 8.2m ) imported from Bureckner Germany, we are able to turn out 55,000 tons of five-layer co-extrusion BOPP film each year. There are more than50,000m2 of modern-standard factory and office building located in an area of 88,000 m2 (132mu) in Wujin High & New Technology Industrial Development Zone, Jiangsu, P. R. China. We have 300 employees, 120 of which are engineering and technical personnel. Changzhou Jinhai pays great attention to technical innovation, which is regarded as a thruster for our fast growing. Therefore, a wide series of BOPP films have been developed , such as five-layer co-extrusion double-side heat sealable film, synthetic paper, label film, pearlized film, metalizable film, matt film, heat sealable film, tape film, 12-50 ¦Ì m laminating film, printing film, etc. The equipment which runs 400m/min is now the fastest in Asia, and we are the only one in Asia that has two lines of five-layer co-extrusion. The slitters are imported respectively from Kampf Germany and Atlas England , and are of the latest state of arts. Our flame treatment system is a unique at present in China.
