 Jinhai Plastics pays great attention to technical innovation, which is regarded as a thruster for our rapid growing. A total investment of RMB 410 million has been made to import from Brueckner Germany two five-layer co-extrusion high-speed BOPP lines, which makes us the only one in Asia that possesses two lines of this type. The slitters, each running 1200m/min, are imported respectively from Kampt Germany and TTLAS England, and are of excellent quality.

Owning the latest process technology and abundant experience on production of five-layer co-extrusion BOPP film, as well as high-level introduction of advanced five-layer co-extrusion film production equipment, we develop and produce various BOPP film including double-side heat sealable film, synthetic paper, label film, pearlized film, metalizable film, matt film, tape film, laminating film, printing film etc. Our film of five-layer co-extrusion structure is the unique in China, showing superior properties in barrier, stiffness, gloss etc, to those of one-layer or three ¨Clayer co-extrusion structure. Treated by flame and printability than those treated by corona only. The BOPP film produced by five-layer co-extruding equipment is most welcome by five-layer co-extruding and their boss, for its less loss in using and its nice uniformity of thickness.
